radio_mixer:

the mixer works with two tools, radio-server and radio-client:

-radio-server is basicly the mixer and listens vor new samplevalues
 on a TCP port.
-radio-client expects PCM sound on stdin and calculates the
 volume. sends it to the server and outputs the PCM to stdout
